In recent years, distribution of computers, their amplifying multimedia performance, as well as increased access to the Internet of high bandwidth, has led to a great interest in the application of new technologies in education. The impact of networks and the Internet on anaesthesiology is undoubtedly important, as it is for medicine as a whole. In this article evaluation, the advantages and disadvantages, effectiveness and future of e-learning in anaesthesiology will be reviewed.
