Endotracheal tube related problems can occur during general anesthetic procedures. These problems frequently consist of difficult intubation, bronchial intubation, esophageal intubation, extubation and secretion related airway obstruction. An exceptional reason is a dissection in the cuff line narrowing or obstructing the lumen of the tube. We aimed to report severe airway obstruction in two cases due to dissection of the endotracheal tube.
