Combined Spinal Epidural Anaesthesia and Axillary Block for Upper and Lower Extremities Surgery in a Patient with Ischemic Liver Injury

Ischemic liver injury is an acute liver damage due to an imbalance between hepatic oxygen supply and demand. In these patients, the aim is to perform safe anaesthesia technique for the liver. In addition to general anaesthesia, regional anaesthesia can be performed. In this article our goal was to evaluate our anaesthesia experience in a patient who developed ischemic liver injury, and underwent surgical operations two times in a week for his upper and lower extremities we preferred combined spinal epidural anaesthesia and axillary block technique in this operation.
