A 29 year- old man was operated under general anesthesia for multipl tendon transfers in the antecubital fossa. Interscalene block was performed to provide postoperative analgesia. The patient’s awakening from anesthesia was delayed. Reasons for the delay of awakening from anesthesia and the treatment were discussed in this report.
