Guillain Barre Syndrome is an acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy and it is a rare event in pregnancy. Active treatment such as plasmapheresis and intravenous immunoglobulin together with vigilant follow up in intensive care has improved maternal and fetal outcome. In this case report, we discussed the diagnosis and treatment modalities and intensive care approaches in a 26 year old pregnant patient with Guillain Barre Syndrome.
