Pneumocephalus: A Rare Complication of Epidural Catheter Placement

Depending on epidural anesthesia and analgesia may develop various complications. Pneumocephalus is a rare complication during epidural catheter insertion. In this case report, 65 years old patient being treated for lung cancer, during epidural catheter insertion for pain in his left leg a sudden onset of headache then lost. From 3 days after insertion of epidural catheter a blunt, continuous, increasing with movement, sleep late when not accompanied by frontal headache, confusion, disorientation detected signs.We aimed to present a case of pneumocephalus.
